In September 2025 after just over two years in St Helen's Barry, Canon Mike is back with us as Parish Priest. Fr Peter has become Parish Priest in St Helen's
and Fr Valentine is concentrating on his role as one of the Chaplains in Cardiff Prison.
We wish all our school children a happy summer holiday and every blessing to those children in Year 6 who will be taking the next step on their journey through life.
On the Solemnity of Pentecost our Prayers of Intercession were read in 16 different languages.
One of our Parishioners went on a Pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela.

Family Mass October 2025

After several postponements because of bad weather our Summer Event finally went ahead on Sunday 10th August. It was a chance for everyone to get together and enjoy the wonderful food and sunshine. A great team pulled it all together... a real Parish Family.
Priests from the Archdiocese of Cardiff -Menevia met together for a Retreat.
We said our prayers of intercession in a variety of different languages

We say goodbye to Fr Malachy Orjiebele who takes up his new role in the Parish of Aberystwyth.
He will be missed.
On the First Sunday of Advent we will begin hearing the readings from the New Lectionary.
Fr Malachy blessed all our books on the Feast of Christ the King.
